One of the greatest uses of mind power in your daily living is the ability to counteract the negative influences and thoughts my experience in daily living. By using a few simple techniques you can begin to lessen these effects and lead to greater excellence in your ability to succeed at whatever you choose to do.
Negative thoughts and negative influences can come from any number of sources. Perhaps your boss doesn’t appreciate or reward you for the effort you have put forth by completing important projects. Or perhaps, there are friends or family members who do not support you in whatever you want to accomplish. In case of negative comments as that you’re wasting your time engaging in the endeavor, or that the outcome will not be very good because you lack the skills to successfully complete it.
Whatever the source, you have no doubt begun to process and internalize these negative thoughts because you have heard them so many times. It is possible that you are beginning to feel the effects by entertaining doubts about what you want to do. Or perhaps you find yourself questioning whether or not your dream is a worthwhile one in the first place. These negative thoughts can lead to the despair that shall never be able to succeed in anything you set your mind to. This despair has been proven to engender physical and mental problems that can severely affect your overall health.
To combat the negativities you may be experimenting, began by reprogramming your mind to focus on the positives. Make daily affirmations, if not more often, that you have the power within you to achieve any dream you may have, be it in the areas of health, wealth, career path or low. By repeating these positive thoughts, you will find that you can slowly replace all the negative ones that may have been ingrained in your thinking patterns by those around you.
Eventually, you will find that your subconscious can prove to be a powerful ally in helping to banish negativity from your life. As you are reprogramming your thought patterns through the repetition of positive affirmations, you are working on a subconscious to fill it with more positive thoughts and chase away any doubts that you might have about your abilities and goals.
Some subconscious works behind the scenes, it can help you by sending forth your positive thoughts you can actually complete your goals successfully anytime you encounter difficulties or complications. As you are able to move forward, these positive inputs will help you to build confidence that you can achieve success in whatever you your mind to.

Mind power has the ability to help a person attract health, wealth, and love.
In the first case, a more positive, calmer outlook on life can provide untold health benefits for an individual. By programming your mind to act on all situations in a positive manner, you have the ability to reprogram your subconscious to aid in sending messages of confidence and well being as you face situations in your daily living.
The subconscious has the power to affect the body by triggering hormones that change the body’s chemistry in the face of stress. These hormones will increase heart and breathing rates, increase mental agitation and nervousness and can raise blood pressure. These hormones were originally designed to prepare a person for either defending in a dangerous situation or fleeing to safety. If these chemical changes are allowed to build up in the system for extended periods with no resolution, permanent damage can result to body organs, and harmful mental changes can occur which can result in problems like depression and chronic anxiety.
A person who projects an air of confidence and calmness has the ability to attract a lasting love. Positive outlooks on self worth are important and can help someone open themselves to share in intimate feelings and situations without being threatened.
By concentrating on the constructive and positive things you have to offer another person, you can prove to be a positive influence to someone else and prove to be a complement to them. Through different, but equally valuable strengths your partner might not possess. A more stable relationship is possible when two can share in the balance that positive mind powers can afford.
The attraction of wealth is possible through the use of mental powers. By concentrating on the positive things that you have achieved, you can train your mind to accept and recognize opportunities to gain wealth. To a person practiced in the use of their mental powers, the ability to attract wealth may seem almost magical in nature. But in actuality, the ability simply comes from being able to access all of the positive mental training that person has done before.
By repeating to yourself that you are worthy of finding and using wealth, you can train your mind to react positively to any situation which might encounter in your quest for wealth.
Rather than being an obstacle to stop you, difficulties can serve to be an inspiration to find positive methods to achieve your goals and gain the wealth you deserve.

Mind power is one of the most important components in helping a person to obtain good health and a satisfying love.
In the arena of health, a person will find that their physical well-being is directly affected by how negative or positive they find themselves on an emotional and intellectual level.
When affected negatively, the mind can trigger the release of hormones in the system which can affect such things as heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure and intellectual acumen. Whatever adrenaline is released it prepares the body for “fight or flight”, a condition which gears up a person to react to danger, either real or perceived. Stresses can trigger this reaction, and if it occurs often enough without resolution, can lead to all sorts of physical complications such as heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure, and so forth.
By marshaling your mental powers to control how you deal with the situation, you can meet it head-on and replace your negative reactions with positive ones that can ultimately lead to a satisfying conclusion. These positive emotions are also responsible for lessening the release of potentially harmful endocrine substances that could negatively affect the chemistry of your body. The absence of these chemicals will produce better heart health, better blood pressure, and a calmer state of being mentally they can lead to a happier you.
Mind power can also help you to attract love and be able to keep it. As you practice your skills to become more positive in your outlook, you will ultimately find that you are a calmer and happier person. This will make you someone who is easier to be around because you will be able to put off an aura of confidence. Someone who is confident in who they are and comfortable with what they can do will present a more positive face when they are dealing with others, especially in the area of being able to provide love.
The health and confidence that you project to others will indicate that you are able to open yourself enough that you can share and respect intimate emotions and interactions on a positive basis with others. You will be able to share yourself with another in such a way that they can experience the positive benefits of your interactions with them, as well.
This giving of yourself will not be born of need, but rather a desire to share the positive qualities you possess.
It is important to concentrate all your energies on cultivating the positive aspects of what you have to share with someone else, and by developing the powers of your mind on achieving these ends, you will be able to find greater health, and ultimately find that deserve kind of love you seek.

People who suffer from addictions have a dual component that they must deal with in order to overcome the problem. Some addictions are strictly due to a physical craving for something that is bad for you. Other addictions can be strictly of a mental variety in which the addiction fulfill some kind of need that the person lacking on an emotional level. Some of the worst addictions are deadly combination of these two factors.
To attack the addiction on emotional level it is necessary to try and figure out what it is that person is missing to fulfill their emotional needs on a daily level. Perhaps you need to find appreciation for your efforts at work or home, receive the love of a parent, spouse, child or sibling. Perhaps you are unhappy with your job and need to find something that will appropriately engage your intellect and problem solving skills.
By thinking these things out, you can more clearly come to the root of the problem and begin to find a way to find positive substitutes that will more closely meet your needs. If, for example, your job is unfulfilling, or you’re facing intolerable stresses due to a problematic work place, concentrate all your energy on trying to find a career that would be better for you.
Think about what you need to do to change careers and visualize yourself in a new career, happy and healthy. If you are trying to find fulfillment in your life by collecting things, concentrate your energies on discovering what it is that are leading to be the emotions in the first place.
By concentrating on finding a positive substantive, you can use the energies of your mind to break old addictive habits and replace them with new behaviors that are more beneficial to your well being.
Physical addictions, although a little harder to deal with, are not something that is an impossibility to overcome. The first step is to wean your body off whatever substance you are on. Withdrawal symptoms will be inevitable, but this is the time the power of your mind and come in to play the most.
Remember each time you experience one bit what you’re doing will, in the end, lead to a healthier you, both mentally and physically. This is a time when you will need to rely on your willpower the heaviest, and by concentrating on the positive results you can achieve, you will be strengthening the resolve to operate a more positive manner.

Have you ever attempted to do something but find yourself plagued with self-doubt about your abilities to the point where you find yourself unable to even start? If so, you’re not alone. One of the biggest problems facing individuals is trying to deal with the doubt that their skills are not sufficient for or are unequal to the task at hand. This may be born of past failures or listening to people who do not believe that you are able to complete whatever is necessary.
If you have had experience in whatever area you are attempting your endeavor, try and take an objective assessment of what you are able to accomplish based on past experience. Be proud of what you are able to accomplish and disregard the pains of those who may not view your skills in a positive light.
Concentrate on these positive attributes and remind yourself that with a little careful work you can achieve your goals. Repeat this to yourself as a sort of mantra each time that you are plagued with doubt that you can complete a task. Next, imagine yourself completing whatever you have to do or make successfully using whatever you already know.
If you believe that there are still skills you might need to acquire, concentrate all the positive energy of your mind power on taking the steps necessary to acquire the knowledge you need. This could be in the form of taking formalized classes, practicing what you know, or apprenticing yourself to someone who can pass on the skills that you might be lacking.
Visualize the successful acquisition of necessary knowledge to help you successfully complete whatever task you might find that you need to do. Again, visualize the successful completion of your project, incorporating the new knowledge to better help you.
It’s very easy to doubt yourself to the point that you become paralyzed with fear and find that you cannot complete a task because you have no confidence in your skills, whatsoever. Another component of this is the fear that you might fail.
Some people are so intimidated that they don’t even start the in the first place, because if they don’t start, then they can’t fail. In this instance it is necessary to marshal all your mental faculties keep reminding yourself that even in failure or a positive consequences because you can learn from what goes wrong.
By changing your mindset to focus on the positive, you will be able to banish self-doubt with each new task you try.
Mind Power Healing

Mind power is an absolutely amazing skill to develop that can help you in each and every aspect in your life. We know that using mind power can help us think positively, achieve goals and be successful. But, can mind power help us heal ourselves? Yes. It sounds incredible, but it is true. You can use your mind power to heal yourself!
In fact, your mind always has an impact on your body. Here is how it works- an event happens that makes you angry. This is an effect on your mind. However, whenever you feel angry, your body responds with a flow of adrenaline and prepares you to deal with the object that threatens you. As you can see, what happens in the mind has an effect on the body.
How does this work? This works because of our endocrine system. When we feel a powerful emotion, our endocrine system secretes hormones in relation to that. So, when we feel angry, our endocrine glands produce adrenalin in our body. If there was no anger, there would be no adrenalin. Similarly, if there was no adrenalin, there would have been no anger.
Our mind power can be used to influence our healing system. Usually what happens is that when we are sick, or hurt or weakened, our body is trying its best to repair the damage caused. However, if our mind is lost in negative thoughts of pain and suffering, our endocrine system produces hormones in tune with our emotions and actually comes in the way of the healing process. Our mind and body work against each other, prolonging our suffering and making it more difficult for our bodies to heal themselves.
This is where developing mind power comes in. Visualization is a powerful tool used to harness mind power. You may remember that a simple tool used to control anger is to visualize something pleasant. This causes the mind to stop focusing on producing more adrenalin and helps control our anger. Similarly, visualizing positive images and providing yourself with self suggestion to heal will encourage the mind to produce hormones in tune with your visualization and help your body heal itself.

In this modern fast paced world, we all face huge pressures and stress in our day to day lives. In order to help us with the physical and mental demands placed on us, a lot of us end up becoming to addicted to substances like nicotine and caffeine. After prolonged use of the substance, it becomes immensely difficult to get rid of our dependence on it. Even though we know that the addiction is causing damage to our physical and mental well being, we are unable to stop ourselves from having another cigarette or our daily cup of morning coffee.
One of the most effective ways to get rid of our addiction is by harnessing our mind power. Our mind has tremendous control over our body and our feelings, and even though we may not know it, our mind is either helping us or coming in the way of our attempts to shake off the addiction. If we can find a way to use our mind power to positive ends, we will not only be able to get rid of our addiction, we will have the secret of harnessing mind power to help improve our quality of life.
Our mind exercises control over our endocrine system. Our endocrine system has glands that secrete hormones into our body. Our emotions are largely dependant on the presence of these hormones in our body. For instance, when we see something that is exciting, we feel a surge of energy in our body, enabling us to be a part of that excitement. In reality, it is our pituitary gland has secreted adrenalin in our system and we feel the chemical reaction of it. Similarly, if our endocrine system did not create adrenalin, we would not feel any excitement irrespective of what we see.
The only way to control our endocrine system is through mind power. It is this control that helps us get rid of addictions. The biggest challenge to getting rid of an addiction is going through withdrawal systems. The physical symptoms lasts for a short time, but discomfort during this phase can drive us right back to our addiction. If we can harness our mind power to control the effects felt by our body during this phase, it is possible to get oneself of any addiction.

Subconscious mind is that part of our working mind that we have no direct access to. It functions non stop even when our conscious mind is inactive, like when we are sleeping. For a very long time, we were not aware even of the existence of our subconscious mind. In the recent decades, a number of specialists have tried to define its role and identify how our subconscious mind power can affect our lives.
On one hand, psychoanalysts like Sigmund Freud have considered our subconscious mind nothing other than a bundle of impulses and desires that are primate in nature and need control from our rational mind. On the other hand, some scientists have maintained that we are unknowingly enslaved by our subconscious mind and though we may believe that we have control of our mind and our actions, our lives are, in fact, being dictated by our subconscious mind.
These are the two extremes of approaching the concept of our mind power and its impact on our lives. In the recent past, we have been able to confirm that mind power is not simply ‘brain power’, but also includes the workings of our subconscious minds. It is the effect of both our thinking brain and our subconscious mind that shapes our actions, beliefs and hence, our lives.
The state of our body is governed by the kind of chemical reactions taking place inside it. Some of these chemical reactions like digestion of food, absorption of oxygen, etc. do not need any control and are self sufficient. On the other hand, a number of chemical reactions are determined by our state of mind, because of our endocrine system. Our endocrine glands secrete hormone that decide the chemical balance of our body, and they are dependant on our mind. For instance, our body will feel a rush of adrenalin, which is a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland, when we experience anger or fear. So, we can see that our subconscious mind does control the state of our body.
Harnessing our mind power with positivity can help direct positive energies within our bodies and can have a positive impact on our lives.
